Direct Marketing
Need to communicate regularly with your customer database? Questar manages integrated direct marketing activity for a number of clients. For example, we run three collectors clubs from our office, providing consumer interface and producing a number of regular journals. We manage the databases, process payment for memberships, organise promotions, plus write, create, produce, print and distribute the journals.

A 16 page bi- monthly Collectors Club journal, designed, produced and mailed to the membership database by Questar. We also manage the membership, which includes handling all membership queries, taking care of all promotional offers and providing fulfilment services for the FREE club model!

NAMTEC
We design, produce and distribute course and conference literature for the National Metals Technology Centre. In addition, we design and produce the associated conference display and exhibition material.

Vanguards Magazine
A 16 page bi monthly Collectors Club journal, researched, written, designed, produced and distributed by Questar. We also manage the membership database, handling all membership payments and queries, managing all promotional offers and fulfilling product orders.
